Buy Email Accounts in Bulk: Gmail, Outlook, Hotmail or Yahoo

PVAVRT's four email products compared on catalog terms: entry grade prices, aged grade prices, order minimums, the Microsoft and Yahoo rules that decide which one fits, and the jobs where a free account or Google Workspace is the better answer.

Most pages that sell email accounts treat the big webmail providers as interchangeable. They are not. If you want to buy email accounts in bulk and have not yet chosen between Gmail, Outlook.com, Hotmail and Yahoo Mail, the comparison that matters is not which brand sounds strongest. It is three concrete things: what the entry grade costs, how many you have to order, and what the provider demands of an inbox once you own it. This page sets PVAVRT’s four email products beside each other on exactly those terms, adds the provider rules that change the answer, and names the jobs where buying is the wrong move.

Already know what you want? Send the provider, the grade name and the quantity to Telegram @pvavrt or WhatsApp +1 (310) 460-9890, and PVAVRT confirms a delivery ETA before you pay.

Buy email accounts in bulk: the four providers at a glance

Each provider is sold as one product with four grades. The grade names are the same shape everywhere: a fresh grade, a mixed aged grade, a country-labeled aged grade and a USA aged grade.

Entry grades: Yahoo $0.65, Hotmail $0.99, Gmail $1, Outlook $1.25

The fresh grade is the entry point on all four, and the spread between the cheapest and the most expensive is less than a dollar per account.

ProviderNew (Fresh PVA)Mix Old (2023-2014)Country-labeled agedUSA Old (2023-2014)
Yahoo Mail grades$0.65$1.50EU IP Old, $2$2.75
Hotmail grades$0.99$1.65EU IP Old, $2.30$2.75
Gmail grades$1$2.50UK IP (2023) Old, $3$3.50
Outlook grades$1.25$2.10UK IP Old, $3$3.30

Those are list prices per account. One note on the grade names: the Gmail, Outlook and Yahoo listings describe their fresh stock as phone-verified, while the Hotmail listing says phone or email verified. So the PVA label does not mean one uniform standard across the four products, and it is worth reading the listing for the provider you pick rather than assuming the label means the same thing everywhere.

Aged grades by provider

The Mix Old and USA Old grades carry a stated creation window of 2014 to 2023, with a mixed geo on Mix Old and a USA label on USA Old. The UK IP and EU IP aged grades are stated as 2023. Those years and labels are values PVAVRT publishes, not facts anyone has verified for you, and neither one makes an account behave differently in any way you can count on. Buy an aged grade when your own test genuinely needs an account that is not brand new, and treat the year and the country as what the listing says rather than as a feature. The aged columns above are the whole picture at list price.

Minimums: 5 for Gmail and Outlook; Yahoo and Hotmail confirmed on Telegram

Gmail and Outlook both carry a published minimum of 5 accounts. For Hotmail and Yahoo Mail the numbers shown on the site disagree with each other, so neither binds: confirm the minimum on Telegram. Each product carries its own minimum, so list every provider you want in your first message and have each one confirmed before you pay.

Provider rules that change the choice

This is the part price tables leave out, and it is where most of the real decision sits.

Outlook.com and Hotmail: modern authentication for mail apps since September 16, 2024

Microsoft stopped accepting Basic Authentication for Outlook.com and Hotmail.com addresses in non-Microsoft mail apps on September 16, 2024. If you intend to read a bought Microsoft inbox in a desktop or phone mail client instead of a browser, that client has to support modern authentication. Microsoft’s own settings page lists OAuth2/Modern Auth for each protocol and notes that POP and IMAP are turned off by default. No seller controls any of that, so plan on the browser inbox and treat a mail client as something you configure and verify yourself.

Outlook.com: a sign-in to the inbox every year

The Microsoft Services Agreement requires a sign-in to your Outlook.com inbox inside every one-year period, plus a sign-in to the Microsoft account itself inside every two-year period. Miss either and Microsoft closes it. That is a calendar obligation attached to every Microsoft inbox you buy. If you want the grade-by-grade version alongside these rules, the dedicated page on Outlook.com grades and Microsoft’s sign-in rules covers it in more depth.

Yahoo: a mailbox unopened for 12 months goes inactive

Yahoo’s help page states that a Yahoo Mail mailbox nobody has accessed in 12 months turns inactive, that all emails, folders, contacts and mailbox settings are then permanently deleted, and that a sign-in by itself is not enough. The mailbox has to be opened. Yahoo schedules the account itself for deletion after 24 months without a sign-in, and Yahoo’s terms of service say accounts are non-transferable. That makes Yahoo the cheapest buy and the most demanding one to keep, which is a fair trade if you only need the inbox for a short, defined test. Our guide to choosing between the four Yahoo grades goes further on those grades and the first-day handover.

Google: accounts unused for two years can be deleted

Google’s inactive account policy says an account not used within a two-year period may be deleted, and that Google emails the account and any recovery address first. Two years is the longest grace of the four, which is one quiet reason Gmail is a reasonable default for an inbox you expect to keep around without touching it often.

Matching the job to a grade

Four jobs, four clear answers.

Checking how your own emails display in each webmail

If you send transactional mail from your own product and want to see how it renders, order the fresh grade on each provider you care about and send to your own inboxes: Yahoo Mail grades New (Fresh PVA) at $0.65, Hotmail grades at $0.99, Gmail grades at $1 and Outlook grades at $1.25. Worth saying first, though: if you only need to check one webmail, a free account you create yourself covers that job completely and costs nothing. Buying starts to pay off when you want several inboxes across several providers at once and do not want to spend a morning making them.

Testing Sign in with Google or Microsoft in your app

An OAuth sign-in flow needs a real account at the identity provider. For Google, Gmail grades New (Fresh PVA) at $1; for Microsoft, Outlook grades New (Fresh PVA) at $1.25. Fresh is right here because the flow you are testing does not care how old the account is. The write-up on Gmail PVA grades and first checks covers what to check on each account as it arrives.

A test that needs a hotmail.com address

If a form, allowlist or legacy integration you are testing against names hotmail.com specifically, Hotmail grades New (Fresh PVA) at $0.99 is the direct answer, and it is cheaper than the Outlook equivalent.

A test that needs an older account

If your own product behaves differently for an account with a longer history, the Mix Old (2023-2014) and USA Old (2023-2014) grades exist for that QA case. Keep the scope honest: you are testing your own software against an account with an older stated creation date. The cheapest route is Yahoo Mail grades Mix Old (2023-2014) at $1.50, and the fresh grades remain the better default for everything else on this page.

Hotmail or Outlook: one Microsoft account, two domains

This trips up more buyers than any other question in the email catalog.

What differs: the address

The domain, and the price. Hotmail grades start at $0.99 and Outlook grades at $1.25, and the aged grades differ too. If your test does not name a domain, Hotmail is the cheaper Microsoft option. The separate Hotmail grades, prices and Microsoft rules page has the full breakdown.

What doesn’t: sign-in, security settings and Microsoft’s terms

Both are Microsoft accounts. Both sign in through the same Microsoft page, show the same security options, follow the same modern authentication change from September 2024, and fall under the same Services Agreement, including the once-a-year inbox sign-in. Ignore any claim that one domain enjoys better treatment than the other: there is no published Microsoft rule that says so.

When not to buy email accounts

A commercial page that cannot name its own limits is not much use.

A free account you create yourself

One or two inboxes, created by you, cost nothing and come with no terms problem at all. That is the right answer for a single display check, a personal side project, or a mailbox you want to keep for years.

Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 for a business domain

If the inboxes are for people on your team, or for addresses on your own domain, you want a sanctioned tenant rather than bought consumer accounts. Google Workspace sells Business Starter, Business Standard and Business Plus plans plus an Enterprise tier, priced on workspace.google.com; that page lists group-based policy controls, an admin console and the option to add more users after you sign up. Microsoft sells business plans with Outlook mailboxes on its own business email plans page. A tenant you administer yourself is something no bought consumer inbox can match.

Jobs PVAVRT won’t support: unsolicited mail and signup volume

PVAVRT sells accounts only for legitimate marketing, automation, QA testing and account-management work, and it turns down any order that looks meant for impersonation, harassment, fraud or other unlawful ends. Responsibility for each provider’s rules, and for the law wherever you operate, sits with you. Sending mail to people who did not ask for it, capturing verification codes, and spreading signups across many inboxes are all outside that. Buying an account also breaks the terms of the provider that issued it, and any provider can close an account at any time.

Cheap email accounts at list price: order totals

Here is what a mixed starter order actually costs, so you can budget before you open a chat.

Quantity times list price for the entry grades

Provider and entry gradeList priceQuantityOrder total
Yahoo New (Fresh PVA)$0.6525$16.25
Hotmail New (Fresh PVA)$0.9925$24.75
Gmail New (Fresh PVA)$125$25.00
Outlook New (Fresh PVA)$1.2525$31.25
Total-100$97.25

A hundred fresh inboxes across all four providers comes to under a hundred dollars at list price. If you are shopping for cheap email accounts, this part of the catalog is where they sit.

Bulk pricing is quoted per product on Telegram

The figures above multiply out at the published list price, which is the honest way to budget. Bulk pricing is quoted per product on Telegram. Ask against your real quantity and your real provider mix rather than working from a published grid.

Taking over and keeping bought email accounts

PVAVRT states it tests logins before delivery, and your own check on day one is what turns that into the 7-day replacement cover below. Three steps, in this order, on the day the batch lands.

Change the password and recovery details to your own

Sign in to each account, set a new password only your team holds, and replace the recovery email and phone with details you control. Until that is done you do not meaningfully hold the inbox. Record which person or system owns each address as you go, because an undocumented inbox is one nobody signs into.

Sign in as often as each provider requires

Put the intervals from the rules above into whatever calendar you actually read. Outlook.com inboxes need a sign-in inside a year. Yahoo mailboxes need to be opened inside 12 months, not just signed into. Gmail accounts have a two-year window. An inbox you let lapse is not a vendor problem.

The 7-day first-login replacement

Test the first login on every account as soon as the file arrives, not the week after. An account that will not log in on the first attempt is replaced free inside the 7-day window that follows delivery, usually within an hour of your report on Telegram. Run the whole batch through a login check on day one so nothing slips past that window.

How to order email accounts from PVAVRT

What to send: provider, grade and quantity

One message with three things: the provider, the exact grade name as it appears on the product page, and how many. Add any country label or creation window you need. If you are mixing providers, list them line by line so each minimum gets confirmed before you pay.

Delivery: the 4-hour standard, 500+ orders and custom specs

PVAVRT states that most standard orders ship within 4 hours of payment, with the ETA confirmed on Telegram first. For Gmail, Outlook, Hotmail and Yahoo, orders of 500 or more accounts typically land inside 24 hours. Custom orders, meaning a specific country label or creation window, take 3 to 7 business days. For Gmail, Hotmail and Yahoo the credentials reach you in the Telegram chat as a .txt or .csv attachment, and Outlook credentials reach you in that same chat.

Payment and contact

Message PVAVRT on Telegram @pvavrt or WhatsApp +1 (310) 460-9890 with the provider, grade and quantity. Payment is crypto, or card by invoice (payment options for your order are confirmed on Telegram). An account that will not log in on its first attempt, reported inside 7 days of delivery, is replaced free.

FAQ

FAQ

Which email provider is the best one to buy in bulk?
There is no single best one, only a cheapest and a most convenient. Yahoo Mail has the lowest list price at $0.65 for New (Fresh PVA), so it suits a render check where you only need an inbox you control to receive your own test mail. Gmail at $1 and Outlook at $1.25 make sense when your test involves Sign in with Google or Sign in with Microsoft. Hotmail at $0.99 is the pick when a test specifically needs a hotmail.com address. Pick by the job, not the brand.
What is the cheapest email account PVAVRT sells?
Yahoo Mail New (Fresh PVA) at $0.65 per account is the lowest list price in the email catalog, ahead of Hotmail New (Fresh PVA) at $0.99, Gmail New (Fresh PVA) at $1 and Outlook New (Fresh PVA) at $1.25. Those are list prices per account for the fresh grade; the aged grades on every provider cost more. Bulk pricing is quoted per product on Telegram, so ask for a figure against your actual quantity rather than assuming the list price scales.
Are Hotmail and Outlook accounts the same thing?
They are the same kind of Microsoft account with a different address. A hotmail.com inbox and an outlook.com inbox sign in through the same Microsoft sign-in page, expose the same security settings, and sit under the same Microsoft Services Agreement. PVAVRT lists them as two products because the domain is what buyers specify, and the prices differ: Hotmail New (Fresh PVA) is $0.99 and Outlook New (Fresh PVA) is $1.25. Choose the domain your test needs and ignore any claim that one is treated better.
What is the minimum order for email accounts?
Gmail and Outlook both have a published minimum of 5 accounts. For Hotmail and Yahoo Mail the site shows two figures that conflict, so neither binds: confirm the minimum on Telegram first. Each product has its own minimum, so list every provider you want in your first message and have each one confirmed before you pay.
Will a bought email account stay alive if I leave it alone?
Not indefinitely, and each provider counts differently. Microsoft's Services Agreement says you must sign in to your Outlook.com inbox at least once in a one-year period, and to the Microsoft account itself at least once in a two-year period. Yahoo treats a mailbox nobody has opened in 12 months as inactive and permanently deletes what is in it, and a sign-in to the account does not count as opening it. Google says an account unused within a two-year period may be deleted after notices. Put a sign-in on the calendar for every inbox you keep.
Does buying an email account break the provider's terms?
Yes. Microsoft states plainly that you cannot transfer your Microsoft account credentials to another user or entity, and Yahoo's terms treat accounts as non-transferable. Google's terms do not carry one equivalent sentence, but buying an account you did not create is outside what any of these providers sanction. Any provider can suspend or close an account at any time, and no seller can prevent that. Price that risk in before you build a workflow that depends on a bought inbox staying open.
How fast is delivery, and what happens if an account fails to log in?
PVAVRT states that most standard orders ship within 4 hours of payment, with the ETA confirmed on Telegram before you pay. PVAVRT's stated window of bulk orders of 500 or more typically landing inside 24 hours applies to Gmail, Outlook, Hotmail and Yahoo. Custom specs such as a particular country label or creation window take 3 to 7 business days. Any account that fails its first login is replaced free within 7 days of delivery, usually within an hour of your reporting it on Telegram.
What are bought email accounts not suitable for?
Unsolicited mail, capturing verification codes and spreading signups across many inboxes. PVAVRT sells accounts only for legitimate marketing, automation, QA testing and account-management work, and it refuses orders it believes are intended for fraud, harassment, impersonation or illegal activity. The jobs this page describes are checks on your own product: mail you send to your own inboxes, and sign-in flows in your own app. Buyers stay responsible for each provider's terms and the laws where they operate.
