Bulk PVA Accounts: Every Platform's Grades and Alternatives
A platform-by-platform map of PVAVRT's bulk PVA accounts: every promotable grade with its list price and minimum, which products are not phone-verified on every account, what each platform's terms say about bought accounts, and the free or sanctioned route where one exists.

Bulk PVA accounts: what phone-verified does and doesn’t promise
Shoppers comparing bulk PVA accounts across platforms usually want one page that puts every grade, every list price and every minimum side by side. That is what this is. Eleven platforms are priced below straight from PVAVRT’s catalog, Google Voice is covered without prices, and each platform gets the same three things: the grades you can actually order, what the platform’s terms say about an account changing hands, and the free or sanctioned route that may remove the need to buy at all.
Phone verification describes signup, not a number you’ll control
PVA means a phone number was accepted when the account was registered. That is the whole claim. You never get the number, you cannot take codes on it, and it reveals nothing about whether the platform will later ask for a fresh verification, a selfie, an ID or a document. PVAVRT’s stated pre-delivery check is a login test, which is a different claim from verification and the one the 7-day window backs.
Hotmail and GitHub New aren’t phone-verified on every account
Two products break the pattern, and a map that glossed over it would be useless. The Hotmail listing describes its stock as phone or email verified, so a given unit may have cleared signup with an email address instead of a number. GitHub New (Email Verified) is email-verified only, by name. If your job genuinely depends on a number having been accepted at registration, say so in the chat before ordering rather than assuming it across the whole catalog.
Every platform’s terms, and when a platform closes an account
Buying an account breaks the terms of nearly every platform in this map. Telegram is the only exception, and only because its terms say nothing about account sales; they do forbid spam and scams. Everywhere else the rule is explicit, and every one of these services reserves the right to close an account whenever it decides to. GitHub’s Terms are the bluntest, keeping the right to suspend or terminate access at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice. No grade, creation year or country label reduces that risk, and nothing on a product page transfers it away from you.
Email accounts: Gmail, Outlook, Hotmail and Yahoo
Four mailbox products, sixteen grades between them, and the lowest prices in the catalog. If you are still weighing providers, the longer comparison of choosing between Gmail, Outlook, Hotmail and Yahoo works through sign-in rules and inactivity provider by provider.
Grades and list prices
Gmail starts at $1 for New (Fresh PVA) and tops out at $3.50 for USA Old (2023-2014), with Mix Old (2023-2014) $2.50 and UK IP (2023) Old $3 in between. Outlook mirrors that shape: New (Fresh PVA) $1.25, Mix Old (2023-2014) $2.10, UK IP Old $3, USA Old (2023-2014) $3.30. On Hotmail the entry grade is New (Fresh PVA) $0.99, followed by Mix Old (2023-2014) $1.65, EU IP Old $2.30 and USA Old (2023-2014) $2.75. Yahoo holds the lowest list price anywhere in the catalog with New (Fresh PVA) $0.65; its other three grades are Mix Old (2023-2014) $1.50, EU IP Old $2 and USA Old (2023-2014) $2.75.
Creation windows and country labels inside those grade names are PVAVRT’s stated values, not something a buyer can independently prove. An older creation date is a listing attribute and a price difference, not evidence that a mailbox will behave better. Outlook.com and Hotmail.com are the same Microsoft account behind two address domains, which is why their grade structures match so closely.
Minimums: 5 for Gmail and Outlook; Hotmail and Yahoo confirmed on Telegram
Gmail and Outlook each carry a minimum of five. Hotmail and Yahoo are the awkward pair: the figure on the catalog card and the figure in the quantity selector do not agree, so neither is binding and the honest answer is to confirm the minimum on Telegram before sizing a batch. Product-page prices are flat per unit; bulk pricing is quoted per product on Telegram.
Alternatives: your own account, Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
For a mailbox you will actually read, send from and keep, buying is the long way round. Google’s own setup help tells a new user to pick “For my personal use” and finish the prompts, and the same page adds that “To use Gmail for your business, a Google Workspace account might be better for you than a personal Google Account”. Microsoft’s consumer mail is free to register the same way, though the Microsoft Services Agreement bars transferring account credentials. For a company, Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 are the sanctioned routes: paid, billed per user, with a custom domain and admin control, and with current tiers on their own pricing pages, Workspace’s included. Workspace also offers a trial, so the sanctioned route can be tested before anyone pays for it. Bought mailboxes earn their place as QA test inboxes and signup fixtures for software you own, not as the address a real business replies from.
Messaging and numbers: Telegram and Google Voice
Telegram grades, and a bot token as the sanctioned tool
Telegram lists four grades: EU + SEA Mix $3, New (Fresh PVA) $3.50, USA tdata (Aged 30+) $7, with Aged 90-Day with Username topping the list on $14, minimum five. PVAVRT’s guide to fresh, aged and username Telegram grades explains what ships with each one. Telegram’s terms are the only ones in this map silent on account sales, which is a narrow fact rather than permission: the same terms forbid spam and scams, and accounts get limited for both.
Before buying here, check whether a bot covers the job. Telegram’s developer documentation states that “Telegram bots are special accounts that do not need a phone number to set up”, and that “Bots can’t start conversations with users. A user must either add them to a group or send them a message first.” For running your own channel, posting from software, or answering people who wrote to you first, a token from @BotFather is the sanctioned tool and costs nothing. A bought account is for what a bot genuinely cannot do, such as a separate human login on a project you own.
Google Voice: Google’s transfer ban, number reclaim and the paid business route
Google Voice is deliberately left out of the priced map and out of the job lists on this page, and the policy reasons are worth reading before anyone goes looking for numbers. Google’s Voice Acceptable Use Policy says “Do not sell, trade, resell” a Voice account or “transfer any Google Voice account”. The same policy describes Google reclaiming a number after “a period of 3 months” without calls or texts. Google also says a Voice number should not serve as an account recovery phone, and new numbers require verification with a government-issued ID. Where a business needs numbers, Google Voice for business is the paid route, sold per user either added to a Google Workspace plan or, in the US, as a standalone Voice-only plan, with the current tiers on Google’s own Voice product page. That is the option to price out.
Social media PVA accounts: Instagram, Facebook, X, Snapchat and LinkedIn
Five platforms, and the group where the gap between what people buy and what the terms allow is widest. Anyone shopping for social media PVA accounts should read the alternative under each grade list as closely as the price.
Instagram and Facebook grades, and Meta’s test users and app roles
Instagram lists Fresh PVA $3.99, then Aged 3-Month $14, then Aged 1-Year+ $40, minimum five; see also what phone-verified means on Instagram. Facebook runs from Fresh PVA $3 up to Vintage 2010-2014 $95, with Aged 90-Day $13 and BM-Eligible $60 between them, minimum five. BM-Eligible is a grade name and nothing more: it is not a statement that Business Manager, ad delivery or business verification will be approved, and an ad account belongs under the advertiser’s own verified business rather than a bought profile. The job either grade legitimately fits is a test login for marketing or QA work on your own assets, or on a client’s assets only with that client’s written agreement.
Meta’s terms are explicit in both directions. Facebook’s terms require each user to “Only create one account (your own)” and bar transferring “your account to anyone else (without our permission)”; Meta can also “suspend or disable your account” over conduct that breaches those rules. Instagram’s terms forbid any attempt to “buy, sell, or transfer” a part of an account, username included, and reserve Instagram’s right to stop providing the Service. If the real job is testing an app against Meta’s APIs, the sanctioned route is test users: Meta’s developer documentation says “Test users can only be created by app Administrators or Developers”, that “Apps are limited to 10 test users”, and that they can only interact with other test users and with people holding an Administrator, Developer or Tester role. Checked on 2026-10-20, that page also notes Meta is temporarily removing the ability for apps to create new test users, so verify the current state before planning around it. For human testers, an app role beats handing anyone a bought login.
X grades and X’s Authenticity policy
X lists Fresh PVA at $3.50, then Aged 1-Year at $12, with Aged 5-Year+ (Pre-2020) at $110, minimum five. X’s Authenticity policy bars “Trading, buying, selling (either through monetary or virtual compensation) or soliciting access of” accounts and usernames, temporary transfers included. There is no sanctioned multi-account route to point anyone at here, which is exactly why the honest recommendation for public-facing work is one real account, and why a bought one belongs only in private testing you control.
Snapchat grades and the free Public Profile
Snapchat lists Fresh PVA $3.50, Aged 30-Day $10, Aged 60-Day $15 and Aged 90-Day $26, minimum five; the detail on Snapchat grades and Snap’s terms covers the handover. Snap’s terms bar you from “buy, sell, rent, or lease” access to an account, a username or a friend link, and let Snap “restrict, terminate, or temporarily suspend” a user’s access when the terms are broken. Snap’s own route to a business presence is a Public Profile, and Snap’s advertising pricing page states that “It’s free to create a Public Profile”; confirm the current setup steps in Snapchat’s Business Help Center before planning around it. No bought Snapchat account carries ad approval with it, and a bought login belongs in automation or testing on assets you own.
LinkedIn grades and the one-account, real-name rule
LinkedIn lists Shell (Empty Profile) $9, With Connections (50+) $24 and Aged 90-Day (100+ Connections) $60, with the minimum confirmed on Telegram. LinkedIn’s User Agreement carries the strictest wording in this map: “you will only have one LinkedIn account, which must be in your real name”, you “will not share your account with anyone else”, and the account may not be shared or transferred in any part. LinkedIn also keeps the right to restrict, suspend or terminate an account for a breach.
Take that literally, because it has a direct consequence: a bought LinkedIn profile is never presented as a person. It does not message or connect with real people, and it gets no outreach, recruiting or sales use at all. A connection count inside a grade name is a listing attribute, not a network, an audience or a reputation, and treating it as one is both against LinkedIn’s rules and misleading to whoever is on the other end. Where a company genuinely needs shared access to a presence, LinkedIn’s admin roles on a company page are the route to check in LinkedIn Help first.
Developer accounts: GitHub
The grades to order, with New being email-verified only
GitHub runs New (Email Verified) $6, then PVA + Profile (USA) $10, then Aged 1-Year+ with Activity $48; the minimum is confirmed on Telegram. New is email-verified only, as its name says. The Aged 1-Year+ grade is listed as carrying contribution and star history, which is a listing attribute and nothing more; GitHub’s Acceptable Use Policies bar automated starring, and that history should never be shown to anyone as a developer’s record. The walkthrough of GitHub grades, terms and alternatives covers the day-one handover in full.
GitHub Apps, machine accounts and organizations
GitHub’s Terms cap each person or legal entity at “no more than one free Account”, so a stack of bought logins is a breach by construction. The sanctioned alternatives are documented and cover most of what people buy accounts for. Automation that should not depend on one human belongs in a GitHub App. Where a bot-style login is unavoidable, the Terms allow one free machine account in addition to a personal one, owned and answered for by a named person. Shared repositories, roles and permissions belong in an organization, and GitHub’s pricing page offers its Free plan, at no charge, to individuals and organizations alike. The one job a bought login legitimately fits here is a separate automation or account-management login on repositories you own.
The whole catalog in one table
Entry grade, list price and minimum per platform
One row per platform: the cheapest promotable grade, its flat per-unit list price, and the minimum as the site actually states it. Higher grades sit in the sections above and in full on each product page in the full PVAVRT catalog.
| Platform | Entry grade | List price | Minimum | Free or sanctioned alternative |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Yahoo | New (Fresh PVA) | $0.65 | On Telegram | Register a Yahoo account yourself |
| Hotmail | New (Fresh PVA) | $0.99 | On Telegram | Free Microsoft account; Microsoft 365 |
| Gmail | New (Fresh PVA) | $1 | 5 | Your own Gmail; Google Workspace |
| Outlook | New (Fresh PVA) | $1.25 | 5 | Free Microsoft account; Microsoft 365 |
| Telegram | EU + SEA Mix | $3 | 5 | A bot token from @BotFather |
| Fresh PVA | $3 | 5 | Meta test users and app roles | |
| X | Fresh PVA | $3.50 | 5 | Your own single account |
| Snapchat | Fresh PVA | $3.50 | 5 | Snap’s own free Public Profile |
| Fresh PVA | $3.99 | 5 | Meta test users and app roles | |
| GitHub | New (Email Verified) | $6 | On Telegram | GitHub App, machine account, organization |
| Shell (Empty Profile) | $9 | On Telegram | One account in your own real name |
The free or sanctioned alternative per platform
Read that last column before the price column. Mailboxes have the strongest alternatives: anyone can register one, and a business that needs addresses at a domain is better served by Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 than by any quantity of consumer inboxes. Telegram and GitHub both offer purpose-built sanctioned tools, a bot token and a GitHub App, that cover the automation jobs people most often buy accounts for. Snapchat gives a business a free profile. Meta gives app builders test users inside the 10-per-app limit, plus app roles for real human testers, though its documentation currently says new test-user creation is paused. X and LinkedIn offer no sanctioned extra-account route at all, which is the clearest argument for keeping anything public-facing on a single genuine account.
Taking over phone verified accounts and the 7-day replacement
Your own password, email, phone and two-factor on every account
Whatever you buy, the first session is a handover, and it works the same way on all eleven products. Change the password. Replace the recovery email and any number on file with contact details you control. Switch on two-factor authentication with an authentication app, and keep the recovery codes somewhere other than the device you signed in from. End every other active session the platform shows. Until all of that is done, whoever sent the credentials can still reach the account, and so can anyone else who ever received the same file.
What the first-login replacement covers
The window is narrow and specific, so it pays to know the exact scope. An account that will not sign in with the credentials delivered is replaced free when reported on Telegram inside 7 days of delivery, usually within an hour of the report. That is all of it. A later suspension, a verification prompt, a review, or a restriction that follows from how the account was used is not a replacement case. Test the batch on arrival rather than at the end of the month, because the clock starts at delivery.
PVAVRT sells accounts for legitimate marketing, automation, QA testing and account-management work, and declines orders it reads as meant for fraud, harassment, impersonation or unlawful ends. A bought account is never given a role on anything a client owns unless that client has agreed in writing, and the buyer carries responsibility for each platform’s terms and for the law where they operate.
Ordering bulk PVA accounts from PVAVRT
What to send: platform, grade and quantity
Three things in one message: the platform, the grade name spelled as the product page spells it, and the quantity. If a particular country or creation window matters, add it, because that makes the order custom and changes the timeline. Buyers ordering bulk PVA accounts across several platforms can list them all in one message and have the whole order quoted together. Minimums and bulk quotes come back from the chat, not from a published table. Common ordering questions are answered in PVAVRT’s ordering FAQ, and every grade for every platform sits on the product pages in the full PVAVRT catalog.
Delivery: the 4-hour standard and which products ship 500+ orders within 24 hours
PVAVRT states that most standard orders leave within 4 hours of payment; the ETA gets confirmed on Telegram first. An order of 500 or more typically lands inside 24 hours on Gmail, Outlook, Hotmail, Yahoo, X, Snapchat, Telegram and GitHub. Custom specifications run on their own clocks, quoted per product in business days: 3-7 for Gmail, Outlook, Hotmail, Yahoo and GitHub; about 5 for country-matched Instagram on orders of 50 or more; 5-10 for X; 7-14 for Telegram; and 30-60 days for custom Snapchat work. Gmail, Hotmail and Yahoo credentials come as a .txt or .csv file, Telegram accounts as a tdata folder or session string, and both land in the Telegram chat.
Payment and contact
Payment is crypto, or card by invoice (payment options for your order are confirmed on Telegram). Message PVAVRT on Telegram @pvavrt or WhatsApp +1 (310) 460-9890 with the platform, grade and quantity, confirm the minimum and payment options there, and report a first-login failure inside the 7-day window to have the account replaced free.
